Relocation
She did an excellent job with a very unique and difficult property. She dealt with tenants, the property manager and hired help with cleanout jobs – all while doing excellent work on the standard realtor tasks expected during a sale. She went above and beyond at every step of the way – including spending over 2 hours at the city’s zoning office trying to get a letter from them that the buyer requested. It’s tough to find people willing to go the extra mile and Sara is certainly one of them!
