Falcon is a small town located about 15 miles northeast of downtown, Colorado Springs and even closer to Powers and Briargate.

The availability of affordable land as well as proximity to Peterson and Schriver Air Force Bases have helped promote rapid growth and development in the Falcon & Peyton areas. Many builders, both local and national builders are now building in the area. This growth has expedited commercial and retail development as well.

There are new housing developments such as Meridian Ranch and Woodmen Hills as well as some great ranch options.

Fountain, Security & Widefield

Fountain Valley is an area favorite located about 10 miles south of Colorado Springs and directly east of Fort Carson, nestled along Fountain Creek with lovely views of Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain. It includes the communities of Fountain, Widefield, and Security, Colorado.

Old North End

The Old North End is situated about 1/2 mile North of downtown.
